Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags and packaging intact to qualify for a successful return.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package.
Receive Refund
After the item passes our warehouse quality inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
